An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our state of the art Private Dental Practice in Northallerton to start as soon as possible.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ability to maintain high levels of customer service and communication (verbal and written) with patients, contractors andmanagement.
- Typing of reports, order acknowledgements, audits, policies and other documents as required.
- Ensuring documents are up to date such as COSHH files etc.
- Organisation and booking of patient appointments
- liasing with hospitals and other clinical staff
- Adhereing to CQC requirements and GDC standards.

**Key Requirements**
- Proficiency in R4 would be an advantage but not necessary
- English Language competency
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong administration experience
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Excellent telephone manner

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21.25 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- No weekends
