**Warehouse Associate** Healthy Bean Ltd is a leading provider of Workwear, Footwear, PPE and Hygiene in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role will involve warehouse duties, stock-checking and customer-facing responsibilities, providing an opportunity for individuals with a passion for logistics, customer service, and a desire for independent working. If you are a motivated and reliable individual with a passion to grow, we encourage you to apply. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Warehouse Operations**: - Efficiently receiving, storing, and shipping products. - Picking and packing orders accurately. - Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. - Managing stock rotation with forklift driving **Inventory Management**: - Conducting regular inventory checks. - Updating inventory records accurately. - Identifying and resolving discrepancies. **REQUIREMENTS** - Valid UK driving licence (Category B). - Strong organizational and time management skills. - 1-2 years of prior warehousing experience. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Physical fitness to handle warehouse duties. - Forklift license is a must - Positive team player attitude **WHATS ON OFFER** - Salary: c.£26,000 - c.£28,000 - Commission / Discretionary bonuses dependent on performance (10% of salary based on KPIs). - Uniform and all PPE. - Based in Harlow, Essex. - On-site parking. - Discount across all products. **ABOUT US** Healthy Bean Ltd is a UK based leading Branded Workwear, Footwear and PPE distributor.
