The main job details are as follows (but are not limited to):

- Installing and removing temporary traffic management including pedestrian management, traffic lights, road closures, Lane closures, contraflows, convoy systems.
- Site Maintenance.
- Manually controlling the traffic lights
- Pedestrian management
- Act as a gate person on road closures
- Set a personal example by following company safety requirement and procedures.
- Ensure that company quality procedures are adhered to.
- Set a personal example by ensuring that all health and safety requirements are adhered to.

We are looking for individuals that hold - NRSWA Unit 2 / Lantra Sector Scheme 12D - M1 / M2 / M5 / Sector Scheme 12 A, B - Operative, IPV Driver, LTMO, Foreman. You must be able to work well on your own and be able to work to your own initiative as a proportion of our work assignments are solo jobs, but you must also be able to work as part of a team where required.

As our Traffic Management Operatives are the face of our business, we do require our operatives to be respectful and professional towards all employees of Paragon TM, our clients and our customers, and to have an approachable manner and good communication skills.

Due to the nature of the Traffic Management industry, the role does require some flexibility in working patterns which can consist of a combination of days, nights and weekend working, however you will be provided with reasonable notice.

**Salary**: £11.50-£16.50 per hour
