As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide valuable support to students in the classroom. Your main responsibility will be to assist in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, ensuring their understanding of lesson content.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Support students with their social and emotional well-being, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
- Help to manage behavior and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and identify areas for additional support or intervention.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Salary**: £70.00-£90.00 per day

- Telford, TF3 3BD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
