Field Sales Executive

**BASIC SALARY**: £25,500 with potential to increase based on performance - up to £40,000 within 9 months

**LOCATION**: Midlands and South West

**COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS** - This is a field sales role covering the Midlands and South West, however, we are recruiting nationwide, and you may be required to travel across the UK. It’s likely that you live in Leicester, Northampton, Luton ,Bristol,Reading, Bournemouth ,Swindon or Southampton

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Field Sales Executive, Sales Executive

You’ll be demonstrating our employee benefits and financial packages to our clients’ employees via our tailored app. You’ll work with the employees to understand their real-life concerns and help to tailor a benefits package to provide a solution.

As our Field Sales Executive, you'll be self-motivated and have a drive to maximise your earning potential (both salary and commission), in a sometimes challenging but very rewarding environment. You'll:

- Attend pre-booked appointments, although you’ll have the freedom to manage your own diary.
- Be willing and able to stay away as and when necessary.
- Record all confidential data in line with FCA regulations.

You’ll be visiting clients within sectors such as: FMCG, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Logistics and Transport. You’ll get full training in our 3-week training and induction programme to get you fully versed on our products and our tailored app so you’re readyto get out on the road in week 4.

**Person Specification**: Field Sales Executive, Sales Executive

As long as you're a people person you could be our next Sales Executive. You don't need specific sales experience, you just need to be self-driven, confident, with great communication skills and resilient. If you do have sales experience, this is a bonus,but it doesn't matter from which industry or whether it's B2B or B2C. As long as your approach is customer centric and you love building relationships, you'll fit right in

You must also:

- Hold a full UK driving license for at least 2 years (with no more than 3 points on your licence)
- Be willing to stay away, when necessary, although this will be a mínimal requirement
- Be flexible with your working hours - you manage your own diary, but you need to be willing to work later shifts some days / earlier shifts others to ensure you're reaching your target audience

Above all, attitude is key. To be a successful Sales Executive you’ll be a target driven and resilient individual with a likeable personality and the ability to build instant relationships. As each individual is different, you’ll show empathy for their personalcircumstances and be a clear communicator, so each employee understands the products that are available to them.
