Forward Role are proud to be supporting one of the biggest names in the ecommerce Beauty industry, as they look to expand their high performing and close-knit Paid Media team with the appointment of a brand new Paid Social Manager This Global organisationare very much at the forefront of customer and industry trends, spending 6-7 figures purely on their paid social accounts every year. You’d be reporting directly to the Director of Performance who has a wealth of knowledge and experience to guide & supportyou to make this role a success, and you would be leading a junior team of two yourself.

Although at times you’d be expected to jump in, roll up your sleeves and assist with some activations, this role is predominantly focussed around delivering paid social and media strategies, alongside brand awareness campaigns across video, display & mediaplatforms. You really need to be innovative in your approach to consumer trends, to take this already hugely successful account to the next level

**Your day to day looks like**:

- Lead the Paid Social team of 2 direct reports on the development and delivery of Paid Social activities
- Define Paid Social strategy to deliver against business KPIs of sales growth, strong ROI, new customer acquisition & brand awareness.
- Define plans & strategy across key social platforms, including META, Instagram Tiktok, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest.
- Monitor latest innovations & trends across social and key platforms, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance.
- Drive reporting & analysis with team on daily, weekly and campaign basis.
- Encourage test & learn approach within team to ensure always striving for stronger & more effective results.
- Review wider opportunities within paid media space for key seasonal campaigns, such as VOD, display.

**Your skills & experience**
- 3+ years paid social / paid media experience, coming from either an agency or in-house background
- Retail / ecommerce background desirable, but not essential
- Previous line management experience essential
- Experience using web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Excel & reporting experience
