**What's the role?**

In this newly created role, you will be dedicated to identifying, developing, and retaining top talent across London Gatwick. You will lead the implementation of talent management strategies and oversee key processes such as the performance cycle, talent reviews, succession planning, and critical role assessments—ensuring inclusion is embedded throughout. Working in close partnership with HR Business Partners and senior leaders, you will help build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline to meet both current and future organisational needs.

**What you'll be doing**

**Lead the development and execution of core talent initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and critical role assessments. Continuously improve these processes to support organisational growth and capability building.
- Champion the embedment of career pathways to enable internal mobility. Collaborate closely with the Talent Development team to leverage apprenticeships, graduate programmes, and other initiatives as key drivers of talent growth.
- Partner with the Talent Development and HR teams to design and deliver targeted development interventions for identified talent. Manage requests for coaching, mentoring, and sponsorship to support career progression and capability enhancement.
- Utilise data and analytics to monitor workforce trends, identify talent gaps, and inform strategic decision-making. Track and report on key talent metrics, including internal mobility, and evaluate the effectiveness of talent programmes.
- Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and the Talent Experience team to ensure talent strategies are aligned with business priorities and integrated into the broader HR agenda.
- Support Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and work collaboratively with the Senior Manager - Talent Experience to embed inclusion across all talent processes. Use data to track talent trends through an inclusive lens and shape interventions that promote belonging.

**Do you have what we're looking for?**
- Qualifications in Organisational Psychology or related field (master's preferred) or CIPD Level 5
- Strong understanding of talent management processes and initiatives
- Excellent HR knowledge and up to date with best practice and HR trends
- Excellent analytical skills
- Organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to think strategically and put plans into action
