**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will be crucial in managing staff, coordinating kitchen activities, and enhancing the overall dining experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and train a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
- Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menus that meet customer preferences while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist in bartending duties when required, ensuring a high standard of drink preparation and presentation.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and production processes.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and customers alike.
- Experience in bartending is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to assist in this area is appreciated.
