**The Company**:
We are pleased to be supporting a successful global manufacturing business with a base here in the North East, in their search for a Senior Project Controller to join their team.
**The Role**:
requirements. Leading projects and cross-functional teams to achieve agreed schedules and KPI’s, ensuring early escalation of any project related concerns and risks, while managing the trial part
order process to achieve requirements.
Some of the key responsibilities will be:

- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve project milestones.
- Identify and minimise project risks by working closely with all functions, and ensure concerns and risks are escalated as and when required.
- Interface, as appropriate, with customers and suppliers to ensure project milestones are delivered.
- Control distribution and implementation of customer and internal design and process change instructions up to Plant handover point.

**The Person**:

- Strong project planning, management and coordination skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Flexibility to perform tasks outside of core area of responsibility.
- Determination to achieve results and key milestones.
- Ability to work under pressure.
