**About Us**
The Bull is a beautifully restored boutique hotel located in the heart of Burford, a historic town in the Cotswolds. We pride ourselves on offering a warm, personal, and memorable experience for every guest. As part of our reception team, you’ll be the face of our hotel and play a key role in delivering excellent service from arrival to departure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Provide information about hotel services and the local area
- Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Respond to guest queries and resolve any issues promptly

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role (hospitality preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to multitask
- Proficient with basic computer systems (training provided for booking software)
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.22-£14.00 per hour
