At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry out their role.

Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 1000 and 1600, with operating hours between 0800 and 1830. This allows employees to have a start time between 0800 and 1000 and finish time between 1600 and 1830
- Undertake monitoring of the 1st/front line operational business area’s adherence to processes, policies and procedures.
- Act as an independent review and evaluation function to ensure that FCA compliance issues are being appropriately identified, investigated, managed and resolved.
- Prepare relevant compliance reporting to meet both internal and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with 1st/front line operational business teams to drive compliance awareness, culture and improvements.
- Provide assurance that financial services related legal and regulatory changes are effectively identified and implemented.

The role provides ongoing monitoring to provide assurance that the business is compliant with its legal and regulatory obligations and related policies and processes. Actively challenges the business on their ongoing management of compliance risks and provides reports and insight to support continuous improvement and effective management of risk and compliance.
