As part of our growth, we have new premises in Milton Keynes, which brings with it this fantastic opportunity to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Controller to work full-time from our office in Kiln Farm.

This is an onsite role, requiring working within a manufacturing and warehouse environment.

The Role

As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for all products leaving the factory. You must make sure that all products comply and exceed internal, external, customer and legal requirements. You will be required to complete company and customer paperwork, work with various departments to ensure that the QA and QC procedures are adhered to.

Daily duties will include:

- To carry out a multitude of Quality Testing Check incoming material documentation/certification (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 31000 and ISO 22301).
- Conduct data entry, analysis and physically inspect incoming and outgoing materials and finished goods.
- Review customer requirements and make sure they are met.
- Perform testing of incoming materials and assisting with non-routine analyses.
- Perform product testing in line with test methods and specifications.
- Daily communication with all departments will be an essential aspect of this role
- Participate in the Company audit schedules for both internal and external Quality audits.
- Gap analysis to identify key areas of improvement.
- Identify relevant Quality-related training needs and delivering training.
- QA/QC review of documentation relating to validation and verification activities as well as device manufacture records.
- Review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements including how to implement them.

Key skills for Quality Controller:

- Experience of working with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485
- A Quality Assurance background A minimum of 3 years' experience in working within a Quality Management System, with some specific experience of working with medical devices.
- A highly motivated, organised, proactive, dynamic, and enthusiastic individual.
- Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft software packages.
- Ability to interact effectively and communicate well at all levels
- Proven experience in a controlled environment of document checking and review.
- Ability to prioritise, time manage and prioritise own workload effectively.
