**Till Assistant - Compost Drive Thru**

**Working full time over four week days and one alternate weekend day**

**In our Drive Thru, located in our car park, we sell a huge variety of products such as compost, gravel, sand and bark allowing customers to shop without leaving their car. This role will be based outside, and in all weathers**

**Key duties**
- Operating computerised till and EPOS system
- Labelling and pricing
- Maintaining stock levels in selling areas and merchandising
- Helping customers with enquiries, finding products etc.
- Being friendly, polite and helpful to customers at all times
- Cleanliness of your area of work

**Your capabilities**
- You must like dealing with people, have good communication skills as well as being conscientious, enthusiastic and motivated
- Ability to bend and lift customer’s purchases (compost etc) into customer cars
- Retail, till or customer service experience preferred but not essential as training will be given
- Ability to work as a member of a team and on your own, please note this role will be based outside throughout the year, in all weathers
- Knowledge of gardening and a keen interest in plants and related products

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £7.00-£9.65 per hour
