An exciting opportunity has come for a Warehouse Operations Administrator to join our wonderful team at Mr Fothergill’s Seeds.

Our Warehouse Operations Administrator will provide a vital service to our business by working within the business-to-business despatch warehouse at our Kentford site, from which we fulfil customer orders for finished goods. This is an office-based role, the primary purpose of the role is to support the department by co-ordinating requirements, communicating with stakeholders and administrating data within our computer systems (Sage, Veeqo, Business Intelligence).

The following criteria will be used for shortlisting:

- No formal professional qualifications are required, but previous supply chain administration and/or business intelligence reporting experience would be an advantage.
- Advanced IT skills covering Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams) is required.
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g. Sage X3) would be beneficial, but training will be provided.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, as the role will work directly with customers and colleagues across the entire business.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage & prioritise your own workload, tasks will be varied and come from many sources with different expectations.
- Ability to work independently and on your own initiative to solve problems, as the only office-based member of the department.
- Ability to pick up new processes and systems quickly, supporting the department as it encourages process improvement.
