**The Company**

Based in Harrogate, we are a survey, review and market research company, focusing on customer satisfaction. We serve clients all over the UK, and due to sustained growth, now require a Call Auditor.

**Where the role sits in the team and wider business**

This is a key position supporting the smooth and effective running of our Research Centre, reporting in to the Operations Director to provide an oversight on quality of calls.

Working within a medium sized growing business it is important to be a real team player, which can mean working with other areas of the business to gain valuable insight and help all aspects of the company.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Listening to and analysing recorded calls
- Identifying opportunities for improvement
- Produce reports on how the team is performing
- Assist in development of call quality processes
- Work with the Operations Director to develop quality management systems

**Short, medium, and long-term objectives**

Short-term objectives are to monitor and analyse calls using current systems and provide. feedback for development of our monitoring process.

Medium-term objectives are to implement changes to improve call monitoring.

Long-term objective may be to progress within the organisation, as well as develop quality measurement across the wider business.

**Required Experience, Education, and Training**

Knowledge of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Power Point
GCSE English and Maths C or above
Experience working within a call centre environment
Experience or interest in quality management

- Meticulous attention to detail
- Good telephone and personal manner with an ability to deal with people at all levels
- Good personal presentation and timekeeping
- Driven with good time management skills
- Honest and loyal

**Location and Travel Requirements**

The position is office based in Harrogate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Harrogate HG3 1RY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
