**Trainee Branch Manager - The Role**:
**As our Trainee Branch Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Reaching sales targets, increasing profits and meeting deadlines
- Dealing with store issues such as: queries and complaints
- Drive and motivate your team
- Interviewing and recruiting new staff
- Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
- Organising rotas and holidays

**Trainee Branch Manager - What we need from you**:
**Our ideal Branch Manager will possess the following attributes**:

- At least 2 years Managerial experience
- Retail/ Customer Service experience
- Continuity in employment
- Solid understanding of profit and loss (P&L)
- An understanding of KPI’s
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills
