**ROLE - Manufacturing Process Operator**
**SALARY - £23,732 per annum (£11.41 p/h)**
**HOURS - 8.00am-4.30pm, Monday-Friday**
**TYPE - Permanent**
**LOCATION - Hertfordshire**
My client is a specialist, volume manufacturer and they are looking for a Manufacturing Process Operator to join their team in the Hertfordshire area on a permanent basis.
**The Manufacturing Process Operator will ideally have the following attributes**:

- Basic technical engineering knowledge gained from education or working experience
- A keen interest in machinery operation
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be ideal but not essential as training is provided
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated, organised and reliable
- Proven ability to work well in a team
- Be willing to work night shifts on a rotation basis once training is complete

**The Manufacturing Process Operator role will involve**:

- Dispensing, weighing and picking
- Working with materials for mixing, granulating and blending
- Running compression and encapsulation machines
- Using the database to maintain the BPR, MRP and SOPs
- Ensuring products meet specifications
- Setting up, cleaning and maintaining your area and equipment
- Meeting Health & Safety Standards
- Working with others and being an excellent team player
