**Business Analyst**

**Hybrid - Watford office**

A **major UK Betting and Gaming company** is looking for multiple **Business Analysts of different seniority levels**. The successful BAs will be supporting a **large scale transformation project** and will work within different departments of the business including**:technology, retail, operations, and commercial & marketing.**

Experience in the Betting and gaming industry, as well as in IT retail, operations, and commercial & marketing is highly desirable.

You will be working in a fast paced, collaborative environment developing and performing the business analysis requirements for our transition activities. As part of the team, you will also identify business opportunities and product features for futureproducts and support the wider delivery teams in delivering key strategic initiatives.

This is a key role working on operational and technology related projects in an exciting new business.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- **Business Analysis skills**, including the ability to elicit requirements and communicate them to delivery teams using recognised tools and techniques.
- Strong experience with technologies such as **Jira or Confluence**:

- Strong experience working with **Agile methodology.**:

- An analytical and inquisitive attitude with the ability to translate business cases and analysis into tangible outcomes.
- Naturally collaborative, with a desire to be part of a highly successful team.
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with a desire to see a job through to conclusion
- Superb communicator who enjoys bringing people together to reach mutual strategic outcomes.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with functional leads and team members, acting as the primary 'requirements' contact.
