**Job Title**:Recycling Operative - NIGHT Shift **(6pm - 6am)** PANAMA SHIFT PATTERN

**Contract - **Permanent

**Working Pattern - PANAMA, 2 on 2, off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off**

**Location**: Client site - Stoke

**The Role**:
To provide high quality recycling and waste management services to the client.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Baling and recycling card and plastic
- Manually sort and segregate waste types into various streams for recycling
- Ensure the working area complies with Health and Safety laws

**Essential**:

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, proactive and methodical
- Good attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility
- Due to the physically demanding nature of the role, fitness is essential
