As a Housing Support Assistant, you'll be an important part of our team, providing essential practical support to our Housing Support Workers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in delivering 1:1 housing-related support services to our clients. You'll build meaningful relationships with our clients, addressing their individual needs and empowering them to maximize their independence. This is a hostel-based role which will include evening, nights (i.e., sleep shifts), weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis.

**If you have:
- Strong commitment to supporting young people facing homelessness
- Good interpersonal skills including listening and displaying empathy, honesty and patience
- Experience or an understanding of working positively with socially excluded & vulnerable young people
- An understanding of the challenges and issues faced by young people experiencing homelessness
- Flexibility to work evening, night, weekend, and bank holiday shifts as required
- Access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence
