F&b Assistant

**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will assist in various aspects of food and beverage service, contributing to the overall hospitality of our establishment. **Duties**
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and bar.
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas as required.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Monitor stock levels of food and beverage supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Uphold food safety standards throughout all stages of food preparation and service.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere while addressing any queries or concerns.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with catering services is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Experience in bartending or beverage service would be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others and ensuring guest satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 40 per week
