**What you will learn**:

- Monitor and control access points to ensure only authorised individuals enter the premises.
- Verify credentials of employees and visitors.
- You will be required to work in a customer-facing environment.
- Utilise surveillance systems to monitor and respond to security alerts.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations, following established protocols.
- Coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
- Conduct regular internal and external patrols to ensure the overall safety and security of the site.
- Perform thorough inspections of incoming vehicles, packages and personal belongings to prevent unauthorised items from entering the premises.
- Report and document security incidents, emergencies or any suspicious activities.
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports and daily logs.
- Provide detailed and thorough reports for any incidents or breaches.
