Senior Business Partner

**About The Role**:

We are looking for a Senior Business Partner to support our Corporate Services business area and our financial reporting requirements to join our Business Finance team.

On a day to day basis, you will work with senior managers and budget holders for Central Services, along with the Business Finance team to respond to service requests within the scope of the role. You will lead the financial service for this area by ensuring that timely, accurate and relevant information is provided to managers and budget holders to enable budgetary control, service improvement and cost efficiency to be carried out.

You will also be responsible for collating the annual budget reports for the group, along with continuous improvement of our standard suite of monthly and annual reports to the business.

You will work collaboratively and flexibly with colleagues within other teams to deliver a seamless service in line with our “one team, one purpose” ethos whilst maintaining professional boundaries.

This role is being offered on a **full time**, **permanent** basis although **part time **will be considered and can be based in our **Exeter** or **Weston-super-Mare** office.To be considered for the role of Senior Business Partner, you will be / have:

- Qualified CCAB.
- Experience of running a business partnering function.
- Experience of managing a team.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and communicate confidently and clearly, presenting financial information concisely to non-financial people.
- Ability to determine priorities and delegate effectively
- Capable of working under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines with a good attention to detail.
