**About the company**

Tom’s Studio is a design-led company focused on creating game-changing, sustainable creative tools. From our Studio in Frome we make and ship our pens and accessories to creative folks across the globe.

We are growing our small team and have a new Studio Assistant role available. You will be working at the heart of the studio assembling, packaging and packing our pens and accessories.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble, pack and prepare products.
- Prepare customer orders
- Prepare wholesale orders
- Count and inspect goods into the studio
- Support stock control and inventory management
- Assist to ensure product quality
- Help maintain a clean, happy studio environment

**Essential Skills**
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good computer literacy
- Good time management
- A willingness to learn and undergo training and development

**Experience**
- Experience in a fulfilment, operations or customer services role would be beneficial

**Nice-to-haves**
- An interest in and/or proficiency in creative arts and tools.

**Hours**: Full time, Monday to Friday.

**Schedule**: 9am to 5pm

Pay: £23,400.00 per year
