**Position**:Handy Person / Skilled Labourer

**Location**:Brecon, Powys.

**Rate**: £14.00 - £16.00 ph.

Core Construction Personnel are looking for an experienced Handy Person / Skilled Labourer to work on a conservation project in Brecon, Powys. **Details include**
- Raking out stone work.
- Cleaning stone.
- Re-pointing works with Lime mortar.
- Working closely with stone masons on site.
- Working closely with the site manager.

**Requirements for role**
- CSCS preferred.
- Hi-Vis jacket, hard toe boots and hard hat (PPE).
- 2 x work references carrying out similar works.
- Able to have good time keeping and be punctual.
- Photo ID.
