Appetite4Work are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team and work at an office site in Redhill in their staff canteen. The site is run by an independent workplace catering company who have a huge focus on health and nutrition as well as sourcing produce from local companies where possible.

This would be a temporary / agency role meaning each week the client would let us know what shift/s they need covering for the following week. Some weeks they may only need cover for one day, other week they may have 5 shifts available

Responsibilities of a Barista:

- Grinding and brewing coffee
- Making a range of coffees to order using a traditional coffee machine
- Serving hot beverages, sandwiches and cakes
- Taking payments and using tils
- Keeping the coffee area and canteen area clean
- Providing excellent customer service

What we offer a Barista:

- Monday to Friday only, no weekends
- Early shifts only 07:30-15:30
- £11.50 per hour
- Weekly pay

The successful Barista will:

- Must know the difference between all types of coffee such as flat white, latte, americano, macchiato, cappuccino, mocha etc.
- Know how to make all of the above types of coffee using a traditional coffee machine and steaming the milk
- Be able to get to Redhill town centre by 7:30am
