**Title: HGV Driver / Class 1 Night Driver**

The Best Connection are recruiting for **Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers** for our client based in Darlington. This is an ongoing position, with the potential of a permanent role after 12 weeks and an immediate start. Experience is prefered but new passes are welcome to apply.

The Role:

- Drivers will be required to trunk a curtainsider to another depot to do a drop and swap
- No handball just opening curtains
- Relevant paperwork must be completed and vehicle checks done at the start and end of the shift

Hours of work:

- Monday to Friday approximately 1800 start time
- Average shift is 10-11 hours. Guaranteed 10 hours even if you work less.

Pay Rates:

- £15 per hour PAYE
- £22.50 per hour after 10 hours per day
- Average of 50-55 hours per week
