Bar Person/waitress

**Job description**

A number of positions have become available for full time and part time bar persons/waiting staff to join our friendly team at The Passage House Inn, Topsham (Near Exeter, Devon).

We are looking for people who are dedicated to customer satisfaction, who take immense pride in their work and are constantly driven to improve.

Previous experience of working in a busy establishment (Preferred but not necessary)
Understanding of Health and Safety procedures.
Be able to work in a team and on own initiative.
Clean and Smart appearance.
Possess excellent time management skills.
Be able to work under pressure in a busy customer facing environment.
Be flexible to work a variety of hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
Live within a commutable distance.

Duties Include:
Working as part of the team to provide a memorable service to customers.
Waiting tables and taking orders.
Pouring drinks.
General cleaning during service.

**Duties**:

- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking orders for food and drink
- Serving food
- Serving alcohol
- Cleaning and resetting tables with dishes, glasses, and cutlery as needed
- Processing payments
