We are on the lookout for a HR Senior Specialist to join us on a full-time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, based at our Bradford site on behalf of our flagship customer, M&S.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle towork scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Provide efficient and effective 1st line HR generalist support to our site-based operational and functional teams
- Maintain the HR system and associated records, such as sickness and holiday entitlement
- Get involved in ER issues, recruitment, employee engagement and organisational change
- Prepare and process letters, meeting minutes and other documents as and when required
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Previous experience working in a HR environment, and we can support study towards CIPD
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Strong administration and communication skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- A self-motivated and flexible approach with the confidence to work both in a team and with mínimal supervision
