**Head of IT - Ringwood - Competitive Salary**

**Head of IT required to join our well-established client based in Ringwood, Hampshire managing all aspects of IT and Systems as well as managing your direct reports.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct line management responsible for 6 staff across the UK IT Team over several sites.
- Responsible for all aspects of physical and virtual security, supporting the business to ensure that the company has the correct level of cover.
- Work alongside key stakeholders to create the right bespoke CRM solution for the client.
- Play a key part in the development of the companies IT strategy and growth as well as always looking for ways to improve the business to deliver a better service to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven IT & Systems Management experience (ideally a contact centre) is essential
- Proven IT development (building bespoke customer contact solutions) is essential
- Proven track record in people management
- Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with numbers, reporting and spreadsheets
- Financial Services experience desirable
- Knowledge of all the following is essential for the development of client CRM systems; VB scripting/VBA, PowerShell, SQL, Basic web languages (HTML, JavaScript etc ), VMware, Storage technologies (NAS, SAN etc ), VPNs and Linux
