Hales Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Assistant on behalf of our Client based in Thetford. As Marketing Assistant you will support the current Marketing Executives within multitude of administrative tasks.
What will you be doing?
- Providing both clerical and administrative support to the marketing executives and management team.
- Using various software such as 'Canva' to produce marketing material to support planned campaigns
- Using software such as 'Mailchimp' to implement marketing campaigns
- Employing marketing analytics to collate important data on social media reach, web analytics and rankings etc.
- Maintaining accuracy of inventories, spreadsheets and database with statistical and financial content.
Who are you?
- 1-2 years' previous experience within a Marketing Assistant position
- Sound understanding of marketing principles, market research techniques and databases
- Good communication skills, written and verbal with both internal and external contacts
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively
- Organised and methodical approach to workload
- Computer literate with experience working with marketing software, CRM tools, online analytics and Google Adwords.
