**Domestic Cleaning Operative**

For the last 30 years, GB has gained a reputation for successfully delivering minor and major building projects. Typically, these works include;
- Responsive repairs, empty property maintenance and Upgrade works to domestic properties.
- Individual refurbishment and development projects to public, private and community buildings.
- Home improvements including disabled adaptations.
- Facility management services

We seek experienced professionals who can evidence a desire for continuous personal development in all aspects of their work, while embracing the company's appetite for commercial growth.

We can now offer the opportunity for a Domestic Cleaner to join our large multi-disciplined operation based in Lyneham, near Swindon.
- Have demonstrable experience in undertaking domestic cleaning in previous roles.
- Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of customer service.
- A high standard of workmanship and cleanliness.
- The ability to integrate into a team or work alone using own initiative.
- A positive and enthusiastic personality.

42.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Driving licence required.

**Package**:
A Company van, cleaning equipment, stock, mobile phone and uniform will be provided.

**Salary**: £23,205 per annum.

25 days’ holiday + 8 bank holidays.

Company pension.

Life insurance - 2x basic annual salary cover.
