We are currently working with Nottinghamshire County Council to support young people with SEND, and are experiencing very high demand for tutors.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Qualified SEND Tutors/Teachers (QTS highly preferred)
- Intelligent and engaging tutors/mentors who are knowledgeable and passionate about supporting young people with SEND
- Have experience in tutoring/ working with students with additional needs (at least 1 year)

**What do we expect from you?**
- Preparation of detailed and student-centred lesson plans
- Written feedback following completion of each session
- Travelling to various locations in Nottinghamshire to tutor (at levels ranging from primary school to A-level)
- Providing homework to pupils (if required)
- Explaining difficult concepts in an understandable way
- Be aware of and adhere to our safeguarding and child protection policy

You will be working with children and so you will have a responsibility to ensure the safeguarding of every child you work with. This involves:

- Having a knowledge of your responsibilities to safeguard
- Having undergone safeguarding training or willing to receive training
- Willing to have yearly safeguarding training

Full time pay: up to **£40,000** which increases based on performance and hours worked. Our company focuses on ensuring our tutors are rewarded for their abilities.

Pay: £30.00-£40.00 per hour
