**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity that calls for an experienced manager who has a sound knowledge of social care. You will be supported by your colleagues and a Service Manager to ensure we deliver great support to people with a learning disability.

You'll have responsibility for several staff teams and Lead Support Workers, leading and mentoring them to deliver support which truly changes lives.

You'll be part of our leadership team, contributing not only to the support we offer to people with a learning disability, but to the development and direction of New Prospects as an organisation.

**About you**

Can you manage staff to give their very best for the benefit of people we support. You will be responsible for leading the teams, planning with people we support and staff, involving families, monitoring standards on a day-by-day basis, ensuring that eachservice meets its agreed objectives. We also want you to help us develop New Prospects so that it continues to be a great place to work. If you can communicate our vision and create the highest quality of support, then we want to hear from you.

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma level 3 in Management qualification or equivalent or be willing to work towards after successful probation period
- NVQ Level 2, Team Leading
- NVQ Level 3, Promoting Independence (or equivalent)
- Proven track record of managing health and social care services for 2 years or more
- Experience of working environment where CQC inspectorate regulations have been in force
