- Estates Campus Officer, Full Time, Thurrock Campus.
- An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our excellent Estates Team in the capacity of Estates Campus Officer. Within this important & demanding role you will be the focal point for day to day operations around the Campus ensuring we are offering the best service to our learners, staff and visitors. You will be responsible for line managing the Site, Post & Administration staff for your site. Should any emergency situations arise, including the evacuation of the campus if necessary, you will be required to take charge of these incidents. The role will also require you to be on call to provide support out of hours for emergencies/incidents, seven days a week. In addition it may be necessary to cover evenings and weekends where necessary to support events or assist Estates staff. You will hold a Level 3 or relevant professional qualification and have experience of working in a busy office environment. Ideally you will have experience of running a facilities management system as well as having excellent supervisory skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Travel between sites will be required, and therefore a licence and access to a vehicle are essential. The college also offers the following benefits:
