Document Collector

**Full Job Description**

Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Document Collector to join our team, specialising in collecting photographic evidence of property disrepair at residential properties. This is a field-based role suited to individuals with experience in property inspections, lettings, inventory reporting, or similar. You will be responsible for visiting properties, capturing high-quality photographs of disrepair issues, and submitting them through our internal system for legal and surveyor review.

Pay: £25 per inspection
Bonus: Performance-related bonus available
Driving Licence: A clean UK driving licence is essential
Car Allowance: Included

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit residential properties and photograph areas of disrepair (e.g., damp, mould, leaks, cracks, infestations)
- Ensure all photographs are high-quality, properly labelled, and submitted in line with company standards
- Complete an app-based checklist or report form at each visit
- Communicate professionally with tenants and property occupants during visits
- Upload all photographs and documents promptly after each appointment
- Follow daily schedules efficiently and maintain accurate visit logs
- Handle sensitive tenant information with discretion and comply with data protection regulations

**Requirements**:

- Field-based experience in property inspections, inventory services, lettings, surveying, or a similar role
- A clean UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong attention to detail, especially when capturing photographic evidence
- Excellent time management with the ability to complete multiple property visits per day
- Confident using mobile apps and basic IT tools for documentation and uploads
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Flexible and reliable approach to regional travel
