**The Role**

You will have the unique opportunity to manage and grow the new Essex branch.

The Essex Branch will be a refined brokerage, that offers exceptional customer service to clients’ looking for bespoke, tailored mortgage advice on Residential, High Net Worth and Commercial properties.

You will build your own team with the full support and backing of the prestigious London Branch.

It is essential that you are enterprising and ambitious, to ensure the success of the Essex branch.

The London division will provide a steady stream of leads to support this new branch as it grows, you must also motivate and manage your team to generate their own business and secure referrals from clients.

Your industry knowledge, ability to manage and vision to grow this new branch will ensure its success.

**The Package**
- Based in the brand-new Essex office
- The office is open from 8am - 8pm
- Salary £40 - £45k depending on experience
- 30% on everything over £10k
- Demonstrate consistency and your commission percentage will increase
- Leads provided from the London division and partners
- Full Administrative support post submission
- State of the art CRM system to simplify case submissions
- Experience as a Mortgage sales manager
- Unparalleled knowledge of the Mortgage industry
- The ability to lead and manage a team of brokers
