**We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join the team at our JCB Volkswagen site in Gillingham, Kent**:
Working in this busy main dealer, your role will be to deal with both retail and trade customers to source the right parts for the customer's needs. Working closely with the Service department to deliver the highest levels of customer service, the role will entail maintaining parts stock and stock records, accurately identifying customer parts requirements and processing orders efficiently, dealing with customers or even working on the back counter. As you are representing the brand you must always be smart and professional in manner.

Key duties include
- Delivering a superior parts service to all customers, both internal and external
- Achieving and striving to exceed all targets and parts sales objectives
- Ensuring departmental compliance with Company policies and industry guidelines
