**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting our unique properties and elevating our brand presence. You will work closely alongside our sales and design teams to ensure seamless collaboration and a unified approach. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Ad Creation and Monitoring**: Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize, develop, and optimize compelling advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. (Meta, Google, Tik Tok, YouTube). Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- **Content Creation**: Craft engaging and relevant content for various platforms, showcasing our properties' distinct offerings and capturing the essence of the hospitality experience we provide.
- **Social Media Management**: Assist in managing multiple social media platforms, curate content calendars, and interact with our online community. Foster engagement and maintain a consistent brand image.
- **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall online visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, a related field or relevant experience is required.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen understanding of its nuances.
- Proficiency in creating and managing Ads across multiple platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple social media platforms and engage effectively with followers.
- Detail-oriented and creative mindset, ensuring content aligns with brand identity.
- Experience with Adobe software is advantageous.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and refine campaigns for optimal results.
