Reservations Agent

**KINGSMILLS HOTEL, INVERNESS - PART-TIME RESERVATIONIST**

**24 hours Per week - Fixed days Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and one other day with one Saturday per month.**

**Position to start in January 2026**

The Kingsmills Hotel Group consists of the luxury 4-star Kingsmills and 5-star Ness Walk hotels. Located in the Scottish Highland capital of Inverness, we have an outstanding reputation for warm hospitality

We are currently seeking a Part-time Reservationist to join our current Team. You will be working within a busy office being manned between the hours of 09.00am-18.00pm (Saturday 09.00-17.00pm), fixed days of Wednesday, Thursday and Friday plus one other day and usually one Saturday per month.

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Provide detailed information about accommodations, amenities, and services offered.
- Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met throughout the booking process.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information in the system.
- Handle changes or cancellations of reservations professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Stay informed about local attractions and events to provide recommendations to guests.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong background in hospitality, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Excellent phone etiquette, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and reservation systems is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail in managing bookings and guest information.
