We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and hands-on Team Leader to help us create magical experiences for both little ones and their grown-ups.

You’ll support the day-to-day running of our busy café and play gym, lead the team during shifts, and help make every family’s visit feel special.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Inspiring the team to deliver friendly, high-quality service
- Leading by example on the café floor and in the play space
- Cooking breakfasts and light meals to a consistent, high standard
- Keeping the café and play areas clean, safe, and welcoming
- Ensuring displays are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Handling tills and reconciling cash at the end of shifts
- Supporting the smooth delivery of birthday parties and events
- Handle any customer feedback or complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Maintaining good food hygiene and safety standards
- Playing an active role in growing the business with your ideas and energy

**What We’re Looking For**:
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused

Experience in hospitality or cafés (leadership experience a bonus)

Basic cooking skills and an understanding of food safety - or a willingness to learn

A team player who can juggle tasks and stay calm under pressure

Passion for creating brilliant family experiences

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
