Salary will start at £25,582, rising to £29,756, once performance standards have been met, approximately 12 weeks.

As a Wayleaves Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining and updating Wayleave agreement details and all associated Records Systems.
- Generating Wayleave payments.
- Dealing with payment queries.
- Answering queries both verbal and written from Customers, Land Owners and/or their Agents, Solicitors or any other interested party relating to company apparatus on private property.
- Ensuring Wayleave details are entered on EMU Mapping Systems.
- Assisting engineering teams in resolving Wayleave issues.
- Negotiating one off payment with land owners to reduce number of small annual payments.
- Carrying out large Estate land reviews.
- Scanning agreements into FORTIS.
- Maintaining DTI planning consents and retrieving upon request.

To be successful in this role of Records Assistant you will have:

- Proven experience as an administrator
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong focus on customer service

A background in energy, utilities, construction, wayleaves or the legal field would be ideal.

This is a full time position 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
