Hours - 20 hours per week

Diversity Care Solutions, part of the Sonderwell Group are looking for Support Workers in the Polegate area.

Diversity is a specialist provider of complex care in the home, working with adults and children to support them with life limiting and life threatening conditions. Our care is led by Trained Nurses with over three decades of combined experience in the NHS, community and private sectors, which has developed our commitment to delivering the highest levels of person-centred care.

You will be spending your time with your client who lives in their own home. You will be required to support with all aspects of their daily routine.

Your day to day activities may include:

- Paediatric Ventilation
- Enteral Feed
- Administering Medication
- PEG Feed
