**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

We are the exclusive recruiter for a a leading global insurance business that are growing rapidly. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join the business on freelance/contract basis for an ongoing contract. We are also looking for a permanent hire too should you be interested in that.

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global businesses by spearheading brand implementation projects, producing marketing graphics, and executing campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience of clients & locations that we're marketing to. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand identity is effectively communicated across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement creative solutions for brand implementation projects across all business units globally.
- Design compelling marketing graphics, including digital and print materials, that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualise and execute campaigns that drive engagement and support business objectives.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and adherence across all touchpoints.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously enhance our visual identity and communication strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a global business environment. Working for a corporate environment, ideally financial services would be ideal.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and experience implementing brand guidelines across multiple platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually impactful designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: £173.50-£387.11 per day
