**We’re looking for an organised and proactive Team Assistant to help keep our small, international team running smoothly.**
**You’ll support the Director’s PA and the Communications & Partnerships Coordinator across everything from meetings and events to digital comms and admin. It’s a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same — perfect if you enjoy learning new things and being part of a friendly, purpose-driven team.**

**What you’ll do**
- **Schedule meetings, manage diaries and support team logistics**:

- **Help deliver in-person and online events**:

- **Keep mailing lists, inboxes and records up to date**:

- **Upload content to our website and help with social media activity**:

- **Support finance admin, event materials and digital communications**:

- **Provide smooth tech support during online meetings and events**
