**Position**: Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant
**Location**: Bushey, Hertfordshire
**Salary**: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
**Contract Type**: Temporary, Full-Time
**Start Date**: Immediate

**About Us**:
As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs within a classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support to students, assisting with classroom activities, implementing tailored learning strategies, and fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly SEMH
- Strong behaviour management skills and experience
- Experience working with young people
- Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
