Harlequin Group, which is a subsidiary of Telent Technology Services, are now looking for a **Design Surveyor** to join their Wireless and Telecoms team due to growth of business This is a fantastic role working with industry leading Mobile and Telecommunications customers on some key projects UK wide, whilst having the opportunity to grow your career in a nurturing environment

Remote working role with the expectation to travel straight to customer site (**mainly between the West Midlands to the Southern regions**), and travel into the office from time to time for collaborative working purposes **(either Bromsgrove OR Chatham, Kent).**

**Design Surveyor - Role Profile**

You’ll be working in a team that is dedicated to transforming wireless, mobile and telecommunications equipment on site. You’ll be completing surveys that measure various equipment and steel compuds and space on site for new equipment, measuring telephone masts, towers and steel platforms where old equipment will be replaced with new equipment (swap projects), and other equipment like cabinets, steel frame adjustments etc. and you will also support CAD technicians with Design work of new site based equipment and structures / frames by providing accurate information and measurements obtained from your site visits. **Design Surveyor - Typical Deliverables**
- Provision of comprehensive, detailed survey information from site.
- Completion of survey reports for submission to the customer.
- Clear and concise survey notes that can easily be understood by others.
- Successful completion of targeted survey numbers.

**Design Surveyor - Responsibilities**
- Primarily responsible for the health and safety of yourself and those working with you.
- Compliance with all H&S procedures and protocols.
- Keeping up to date with training requirements.
- Quality Assurance of reports and survey information.
- Person in Charge of Works (PICW) when carrying out surveys with a team or with external suppliers.
- Responsible and safe driving at all times.

**Business Operations Skills - Experience and Qualifications**
- Previous experience in surveying.
- Roof Safety & RF Awareness.
- Tower Climbing & Rescue.
- Emergency First Aid at Work.
- Asbestos Awareness.
- Experience in a relevant field of engineering (Civil & Structural, Electrical, Geotechnical)
