**Job summary - Production Operative (Trainee GRP Laminator)**

Find Workforce represent a GRP Flooring Manufacturer based in Telford, Shropshire. The company is a small manufacturing business based in Halesfield. The company manufactures GRP Composite Products including Anti Slip Flooring.

The company is looking to expand, and recruit Production Operatives GRP laminators to assist within the manufacturing process. For this role experience is necessary, but trainee positions with full training are also offered at a reduced wage.

**About the role - Trainee GRP Laminator**

A GRP Laminator undertakes duties in the laminating process of the companies product manufacture, working with a small team that produces the products. This role forms as part of the overall manufacturing process using traditional fibre glassing lay-up methods.

**Job responsibilities -**
- Production Operative Work / GRP Lamination using traditional methods.
- Meet individual and team deadlines set by supervisors, managers, and directors.
**Schedule of work**:Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Industry competitive rates of pay available
- Monday to Friday - Full time, 40 hours per week. 08:00 - 16:30, which includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
- Some weekend and evening work may be available, but not guaranteed.
- Contract length: Full time, with a 6-month probationary period
**Essential requirements**
- A willingness to work hard, and to learn.
- Good commitment to the role, including excellent punctuality and attendance.
- Ability to work in a team and individually.
- Ability to commute to our factory in Telford on a daily basis.
- A forklift or drivers License would be useful but not essential.
