**Purpose of the role**:
To ensure daily delivery of the production volume targets within the designation sub assembly process area. To implement and manage basic production KPI’s,5s, continuous process improvements, safety adherence and people management.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Operational target delivery
- Safety, Quality & Process management
- Update Head of Manufacturing on output vs target and build status.
- Implement and manage skills matrix to ensure diversity of skill sets within the workforce.
- First line people management and enforcement of HR processes
**Skills & experience**:
- Team leading / people management.
- At least 3 years experience within a similar supervisory role.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Experience of manual, bespoke build environment
- Familiarity with production process flows and value engineering.
- Post school academic attainment such as NVQ / full apprenticeship
Salary negotiable dependent on experience
