Cover Supervisor

**Cover Supervisor - Full Time - Long Term - Mainstream Secondary School - Streatham**

As a Cover Supervisor in our Streatham-based secondary school, you will take on a vital role in supporting students when teaching staff are absent. We welcome applicants who have worked as a Cover Supervisor before, or who bring strong education-based experience with a proven ability in behaviour management.

**Daily responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor include**:

- Supervising classes and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies.
- Encouraging a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture.
- Supervising students at break and lunchtime when required.
- Recording attendance and feeding back to teachers and senior staff.
- Supporting the smooth running of the school through additional administrative tasks.
